Jakarta Education Dept. Head, Sopan Adriyanto said the online PPDB is commonly done in accordance with education level. But, this time, it is held simultaneously at all education levels.

Tens of Hackers Had Attacked Online PPDBSopan stated, his dept. is currently coordinating with related units related with online PPDB. These related units are Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept. and Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Statistic Dept., as well as provider for internet network.
According to him, the internet network provider has improved the bandwidth. It is hoped able to optimize the implementation of online PPDB.
He ensures everything will be prepared to smoothen it. As planned, the online PPDB will open until June 2017.
PPDB this time is divided into five percent for achievement track, five percent for outside of Jakarta, 45 percent for local and 45 percent for public.
"Public zone is like students in West Jakarta but they prefer to get school in East Jakarta. It's allowed," he stated.
